Cancellation and Refund Policy for Trident Edge Solutions

At Trident Edge Solutions, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality of service. We understand that circumstances may arise where you might need to cancel or request a refund for our services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines.


1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their services by providing written notice to Trident Edge Solutions at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of the service. Cancellations made after this period may incur charges as detailed below:

  • For cancellations made less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the service starts, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged.
  • For cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service, the full service cost will be charged.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the service is not delivered as described in the service agreement.
  • If the service fails to meet agreed-upon specifications due to errors on our part.
  • Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of service delivery and should be submitted in writing via email.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Initial consultation fees.
  • Any services rendered beyond the cancellation period.
  • Training and workshop fees that have been attended or completed.
